Wuhan Newtery Wins 2023 Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Award
Recently, the 2024 Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Congress was grandly held in Wuhan, at which the Decision of the People's Government of Hubei Province on the 2023 Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Awards was announced, with a total of 339 awards (for projects and individuals) conferred. The scientific research project Key Technologies and Applications of Bridge Vibration Control and Damage Identification under Complex Environments and Data-driven Conditions, jointly declared and submitted by Wuhan Newtery and five other institutions including Hubei Communications Investment Construction Group Co., Ltd., Changsha University of Science & Technology and Hunan University, won the Third Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award.

Wuhan Newtery's products have been widely applied in the construction of railway and highway bridges, river-crossing and sea-crossing bridges, large commercial complexes and other engineering fields, and have been successfully involved in nearly 100 well-known large bridge projects at home and abroad, including the Qingzhou Channel Bridge of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Beijing-Binhai Intercity Railway, the Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge and the Wenzhou Oujiang North Estuary Bridge.
