- R&D Engineer Hubei Gedian Development Zone 2 persons Master's degree or above 4 years+

Job Responsibilities (for both positions)
1. Formulate and optimize processing technology documents, review drawings and fixture design, and lead the technical work of new product trial production.
2. Solve on-site processing technical problems, guide standardized operations and ensure efficient production operation.
3. Analyze quality defects and promote improvement, and reduce production costs through process optimization.
4. Manage the technical team, organize skill training and accumulate technical experience.
5. Participate in equipment selection and technological transformation, and manage the whole life cycle of fixtures and measuring tools.
Job Requirements (for both positions)
1. Majored in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related fields; experience in mechanical manufacturing and sheet metal processing is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of production management experience in a mechanical processing plant, with a clear understanding of production management processes and methods.
