Yuedong Bridge
Yuedong Bridge (also known as Cao'e River Bridge of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Expressway) is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Starting from the front of the intersection of Yuedong Road and Linhai Road on the south bank of the Cao'e River, it crosses the Cao'e River and connects northward with the Shaoxing Exit of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Expressway. With a total route length of about 9.2 kilometers, the bridge is constructed to meet the standards of both Class I Highway and urban roads, adopting a two-way six-lane layout with a design speed of 80 km/h for motor vehicles. The main bridge features a span arrangement of (70+140+400+140+70) meters and is a two-pylon double-cable-plane steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge.
The bridge was opened to traffic in June 2025, with 8 sets of viscous dampers applied. The model and parameters are as follows:
Model | Damping Force(kN) | Displacement(±mm) | Qty(set) |
FVD-1900/±250 | 1900 | 250 | 8 |
