China Resources Building

The China Resources Building, also known as "Spring Bud", is located in the core plot of the Hailai Financial Headquarters Base in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. It is a comprehensive bay area business center integrating ecology, leisure, sports, business, residence, commerce and culture. The total area is approximately 67,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 270,000 square meters. The building height is 392.5 meters, consisting of 66 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. When completed, it was the tallest building on the Shenzhen Bay.
