Xinglian Road Bridge is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China, spanning the Xiangjiang River. It is one of the Top 10 Infrastructure Projects in Changsha City, starting from Yinshan Road in the west and ending at Xinglian Road Overpass across Beijing-Guangzhou Railway in the east. The total length of the route is 5.475 kilometers, with the main bridge spanning 4.96 kilometers and a width of 38.5 meters. The deck is designed as an urban arterial road with two-way eight lanes. The main bridge adopts a span arrangement of (165+380+165) meters and is a double-pylon cable-stayed bridge.


The bridge opened to traffic in April 2025 and is equipped with 8 sets of viscous dampers, whose models and parameters are listed as follows:
